Founder & Therapist
I have spent my career building Women's Health and Physical Therapy Departments in Hospitals, the first in the country. I was amongst the early influencers for bringing Women's Health as a specialty into the National Physical Therapy Association.
I have trained dozens of pelvic floor therapists and continue to teach in the profession. I have been widely published and interviewed in the media and professional journals.
I received my physical therapy training at New York University.

Therapist
I am a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Women’s Health Physical Therapy. I also have a strong orthopedic background as well as extensive training in manual therapy.

As a lifelong learner, I am passionate about incorporating a wide array of approaches to my evaluation and treatment.
​
I founded and maintain a Chinese-language online educational platform about pelvic and women’s health. I also teach both general audiences and physical therapists.
